Iβm so proud of them π the fact they were able to have this conversation safely and honestly and Gwen kept her shit together πͺ I fuckin love them your honour
Oh hell, what a chapter. I loved the nervousness, the confessions, then coming together (ha!). But seriously, great job and I can really see the whole thing going 1 of 2 ways. I'm hoping for 1 but I have a feeling it's going to be 2.
Oh ye of little faith!!! Theyβll be FINE. Promise π€
I so appreciate you and your feedback Walt!! Always look forward to hearing your thoughts. Especially bc Iβm starting to get nervous all this talking is bogging the story down, but thereβs a lot of talking to do! Communication is the key to any relationship
Oh, I get that completely. I think you balance the conversation really damn well with motions, observations, and little actions -- "Gwen rolls her eyes." "I sit up." "She gets off me to sit at the edge of the bed. Heat follows her." It really makes it feel like there's so much going. And like you said, communication is the key to any relationship!
That means a lot, Walt. Dialogue is my favorite to write, the little motions in betweenβ¦ less so. Itβs a fun challenge nonetheless! Body language can be more important than words, as you point out
My first instinct was to say "best chapter yet!" But I think I have said it on a previous chapter, so I need to up my game. From the first sentence to the last, you didn't miss π
Oh we are getting INTO IT! I loved this stream of confessions turned passion. "They're done." I'm so scared about what that might mean! Ughhhh please run off into the sunset together pleaaaase π
Just jumping back in to say -- I LOVE that Gwen suggested they take Smokey with them, if/when they run away. #DefendSmokey
Of course!!!! Canβt leave Smokes behind β€οΈ
OH MY GOD I LOVE THEM
Love is in the air ππ
